Free, grant proposal writing workshop

The Grant Foundation Center will be hosting a free grant proposal writing workshop in downtown Los Angeles April 13, 2009. Developed as a free service to interested funding seekers, the Grant Proposal and Development Short Course is a one day survey course of the proposal writing and development process. Focusing on the format and structure of the successful grant proposal, this course provides attendees with an overview of each part of the grant proposal, avenues for researching available grant programs, and ends with basic proposal writing techniques. This is an excellent introduction and refresher for the beginner and those required to write their own grant proposals. If you are new to the process, you will find this free resources invaluable.
