Action/Date Requested:
1.Complete the grant application using the materials in the Request for Applications (RFA) Specifications, and the Economic and Workforce Development Program Request for Applications: Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Competitive Grant Awards, 2009-10.
2. Submit eight (8) complete Grant Applications - three (3) with original signatures in an ink color other than black. Grant applications must be received in the Chancellor’s Office no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 3, 2009.
3. Address the application packet as follows:
