Health Care

 

The goal of the Regional Health Occupations Resource Center (RHORC) is to identify workforce needs within the health care delivery system and develop solutions through a comprehensive problem solving process. The RHORC facilitates collaboration between the education segments and the health care delivery system to respond to identified needs.

RHORC’s main objectives:

 

• Provide performance-based training.

• Develop partnerships that encourage collaboration between health care employers, state and local government agencies and education providers from all segments.

• Complete regional needs assessments

• Leverage resources to address the needs of critical high growth areas of the health care industry.

• Staff development for health occupation educators.

• Upgrade curriculum and services to meet the identified needs.
